Flytech Aviation Academy utilizes leading edge computer-based, DGCA-approved, single and multi engine flight simulators throughout the advanced training programs for effective development of pilot knowledge and skills.
The computer based units are PCATD's (Personal Computer-Based Aviation Training Device) and FTD's (Flight Training Device). New instrument students begin their flight training on flight simulators. Students quickly develop basic knowledge of flight instruments, scanning techniques, visual eye-hand coordination in the comfort and safety of our training area. Students utilizing the simulator prior to flight training are more comfortable in the aircraft later, students also develop early confidence, advance faster, and significantly increase their rate of success.
For both basic and advanced instrument training we use the ELITE Instrument Training System (PCATD), the industry's leading computer aviation training device. With the ELITE system we are capable of doubling the effective training a student receives. IFR simulators have proven the value in faster development of initial IFR knowledge, procedures, and habits. IFR simulators are also the most effective recurring training tool for maintaining competent instrument flying skills.
Our two computerized ELITE flight simulator systems are located in special simulator rooms to provide an ideal environment for training.
Our training packages utilize flight training courses and material from Jeppesen-Sanderson, the industry leader in integrated flight training courses. |
